TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

 

Before placing an order please read the following terms and conditions carefully.  All products are hand made and therefore require special care when cleaning, care instructions are clearly given on each product page.  If you have any queries regarding wash care please get in touch before washing

All products are subject to fabric availability, should there be an issue with fabric availability you will be advised of any delay as soon as possible and given the option to cancel or amend your order

Finished products may vary slightly from the images pictured on the website.  Every effort is made to ensure consistency however, due to the hand made nature of the products there may be slight variations in the make up or colour

 

For bespoke orders where I have been sent customer images of other peoples designs please note I will not replicate other peoples work under any circumstances and these images will be used as inspiration only.  It is also important to note that I may use different manufacturing techniques / fabrics etc to other designers therefore my work is very likely to be dissimilar to any pictures used to convey the particular design you would like.  For bespoke orders, to avoid disappointment of your finished end product I recommend booking a design consultation with me or looking extensively at my bespoke portfolio to ensure you are happy with my style of work before placing an order

 

PAYMENT:

 

I accept online payments which are processed by PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account as you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card on the PayPal payment page, alternatively you can pay by bank transfer

 

For easy payment of your order you will be sent an invoice by email, open the invoice and click on the PayPal icon which will take you to the PayPal page where you can complete your payment.  If you prefer to pay by bank transfer you can find the account details on your invoice

 

When placing an order please check the details of your order on the invoice carefully before proceeding to the payment option.  It is your responsibility to ensure the order details given on the invoice are correct, including the customer name and shipping address.  I cannot be held responsible for any order errors or shipment errors if the order or shipment meets the specification given on the invoice

 

My terms and conditions are included with the Invoice email or a printed copy will be given to you if the order is placed in person.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  Payment of your order is your acknowledgement that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of sale and that you agree to these terms.  If you are unsure about any of the terms in the agreement please get in touch before making any payment

All custom made orders require a minimum 50% deposit to secure the order, with the balance due prior to delivery.  Delivery will only be booked once the balance has been paid in full.  Payment can be made in instalments if preferred - please get in touch for more information.  Deposits are strictly non-refundable.  Please be sure you are aware of the terms and conditions before making any payments - see below Cancellations & Returns policy

DELIVERY:

All products are hand made to order so there may be a waiting time of 4-12 weeks.  I will confirm the estimated delivery date at the time the order is placed. If you require this information before placing an order, or if you need a product within a shorter time frame please feel free to contact me before placing your order

Once your order is completed I use Express 48 hour delivery service.  Most orders are delivered the next working day but this is not guaranteed, however if you require a guaranteed next day delivery or guaranteed next day delivery by 10.30am this can be arranged at an extra cost

 

Delivery cost within UK mainland is £4.95 for small items (up to 2kg), £9.95 for large items (up to 10kg) and £29.95 for items over 10kg.  Please get in touch if you have any queries regarding delivery.  For delivery outside mainland UK please contact me for an individual quote

RETURNS:

All my products are hand made to order and due to the products’ bespoke nature and my inability to resell items made to your specification I do not accept returns.  I can only offer refunds when products are faulty.  If a product is found to be faulty you will be offered a replacement or a full refund.  I cannot issue replacements or refunds on customer damaged items so please ensure that cleaning instructions are carefully followed. I will always cover the cost of returning faulty items and all refunds will be processed within 30 days

 

Please be aware that all items are carefully checked and photographed before shipping and if faults are claimed by the customer I will require clear photographs of the fault so this can be checked against my records.  If faults are found to be caused by the customer or false claims are made in an attempt to receive a refund no refund will be given.  Please check your order carefully and immediately on receipt and report any issues as soon as possible

 

Occasionally I sell ready made items, prototypes or ex-display items, the return policy for these items is different to custom made items.  If an item is ready made and eligible for returns it will clearly be described as such.  Any ready made item can be returned within 14 days of the date it was delivered, for a refund of the full item value not including the shipping cost.  All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent so please retain all packaging and boxes.  The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.  Providing the item is received in its original condition the refund will be processed within 14 days.  I recommend using a tracked service when returning your order, I cannot be held responsible for missing items or items damaged in transit

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

It is not possible to cancel orders for custom made products. This is due to the products’ bespoke nature and my inability to resell items made to your specification.  Custom made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations

 

All my products are hand made to order and fabric / materials are purchased on an order by order basis, usually within 24 hours of receiving the cleared deposit payment.  It is not possible to cancel your order once the materials for your specific product have been purchased.  If you have paid in full and wish to cancel your order after materials have been purchased but before production has begun, payment can be refunded but minus any material costs already incurred – please note this is at my discretion
